Al Ahad Foundation is delighted to be serving the needs of the Muslim community. Formed in 2019 as a result of the growing Muslim community within Collier Row, we are the heart of the Muslim community in the London borough of Havering and surrounding areas.

In order to achieve the ultimate goal of a Jamia Masjid in Havering, Al-Ahad foundation has decided to contact the local community at the beginning of the blissful month of Ramdhan 2024. It is to ensure that we actively look for a suitable place and the idea behind this campaign is to be in a financially viable position which will allow us to achieve the goal of establishing an independent Masjid. The independent Masjid will strive to provide a range of services that are in line with Islamic values and the growing needs of the local Islamic community.

The Pillars of Islam
بني الإسلام على خمس : شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله ، وأن محمدا رسول الله ، وإقام الصلاة ، وإيتاء الزكاة ، وحج البيت ، وصوم رمضان (البخاري ومسلم)
The Prophet (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him), says that Islam is built upon five (pillars), To testify that there is no God except Allah and that Muhammad (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him) is Allah’s Messenger, To Establish the Prayer, To Give the Zakah, To Perform Hajj of the House (of Allah) and to Fast the Month of Ramadan. (Shahadah)

(PRAYER)

(PILGRIMAGE)
Pilgrimage, or Hajj, is a sacred journey to the holy city of Mecca, undertaken by Muslims at least once in their lifetime if able. It signifies unity, submission, and spiritual renewal.
